Production Update - Fresh Hats Shipping Soon

Since launching the “CANADA IS NOT FOR SALE” movement just days ago, we’ve been amazed by your incredible support. Here’s the latest on production, shipping, and everything we’re doing to meet the high demand while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer service.


1. Production in Full Swing

Starting this Wednesday, embroidery machines in Toronto will be running 7 days a week. We expect to begin shipping out the first batches of these orders Monday of next week. Our aim is to get your hats to you as swiftly as possible without sacrificing craftsmanship. For the early-birds who have already received your hats, we look forward to seeing them out in the wild!

3. Supporting Our Growing Community

To make sure you have the best experience possible, we’ve expanded our customer service team—bringing on three new members to help Emma and myself respond to your emails, phone calls, and order requests much, much faster. Your patience has been a game-changer in helping us scale smoothly.

5. What’s Next?

  • Shipping Notifications: As soon as your hat(s) leave our facility, you’ll get an email with tracking information. We are fulfilling orders in the order that they came in. If you ordered your hat today (Jan 20th) for example, your hat will be shipped in ~two weeks based on current production timelines.
