When will I get my order?

For Canadian customers, items typically ship from Toronto or Ottawa within 2 business days. Shipping times depend on your location. International orders are ready to ship in 3-5 days. If your item needs to pass through customs it may be delayed.

 If it's been more than a week without an update please reach out and we'll track it down.

I have a delivery issue

If you need support with the delivery of your order, please be sure to reach out directly to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

I want to return / exchange

Please fill out the return / exchange request form to request a return. Our complete refund policy can be found at this link. 

Are your products made in Canada?

We are pleased to offer a collection of completely made-in-Canada products. Caps and toques are made in Montreal and our tees and hoodies come from a factory in Toronto. 

Please note these items are available exclusively in Canada. International orders will be embroidered closer to the destination.

Is it the same hat Doug Ford wore?

Our structured caps are the same A-frame style the premier wore. Our dad caps fit closer to the head like a classic baseball cap.

Can I order 500, 1000, 5000 hats?

Do you ship internationally?

You can order our original line from most countries around the world. Please check the top of the page to change to your local currency. Our made-in-Canada collection is currently only shipping to Canada.
