When will I get my hat?

As of February 14th we've shipped almost 10,000 hats. We expect remaining orders from the initial January wave to ship out in the next 5-7 business days. When yours ships you will receive a tracking number by email. 

I have a delivery issue

If you need support with the delivery of your order or would like to check the status after it has shipped, please be sure to reach out directly to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

I want to return / exchange

I have been waiting for a response to my email / social post / call

Rest assured we have a team of customer service representatives working to respond to every inquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please make sure you’ve included your order number and best way to reach you. 

Are your products made in Canada?

We are pleased to offer a collection of completely made-in-Canada products. Caps and toques are made in Montreal and our tees and hoodies come from a factory in Toronto. To offer a range of pricepoints, we do still offer some embroidered-in-Canada options on imported caps. 

Is it the same hat Doug Ford wore?

The closest option to what the Premier wore is the structured 1867 edition. There is a video of that hat on the product page. We are working with a supplier on a fully made-in-Canada structured hat option.

Can I order 500, 1000, 5000 hats?

Are you adding more products?

Our focus right now is fulfilling existing orders but we do hope to expand to other products soon.

Do you ship internationally?

You can order our original line from most countries around the world. Please check the top of the page to change to your local currency. Our made-in-Canada collection is currently only shipping to Canada.
