SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing
Orders from Canada are embroidered in our facility in Toronto. Orders from outside Canada will be produced in a facility closer to the destination. We are currently working through a backlog of orders and expect about 5-10 days of production to fulfill current demand.
2. Shipping Times & Carriers
Once your order is produced it will take 2-5 days to ship. Our team selects the best carrier best on the destination.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the item’s weight/dimensions. Any applicable duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this to follow your package’s progress online.
5. Delivery Issues
In the event a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to find a suitable solution.
6. Order Changes & Address Updates
If you need to change or cancel your order, or if your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at hats@jackpine.co. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is fulfilled.
