1. OVERVIEW
This website (the “Site”) is operated by Canada is Not for Sale (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (collectively, the “Terms”). If you do not agree with all these Terms, do not use this Site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.

• You may only use our products or services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Violations of these Terms (e.g., transmitting viruses or using the Site for illegal purposes) may result in immediate termination of your access.

• We have made every effort to display our products’ colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor’s display will be correct.
