We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase! If something’s not right, fill out the form below to request a return or exchange.

If you ordered less than 24 hours ago and want to cancel or change your order, send an email to hats@jackpine.co with your order details and someone from our team may be able to update it before it goes into production.

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or have changed your mind about the style of hat, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for your preferred item.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your hat you may return it. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

You are responsible for any shipping fees associated with online returns. Returns must be shipped within the return window in order to be processed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit.

For health and safety, we reserve the right to refuse returns on worn or altered merchandise.
